Choc fudge collagen brownie

To work with the sweet tenderness of the woman’s body is an art form within itself. She craves connection, nourishment and to feel her heartbeat. Now, without learning how to receive her yearnings she may numb, close, or hide.

Commonly, dessert is a form of nourishment women turn to, to connect and feel their pulse. However, without the right nourishment, she can easily numb and hide again.

With dessert, this may be true if she eats too much and forgets to include protein or indulges in cacao, caffeine, and sugar (refined sugar-free too). Immediately she is whipped out of her tender heart and into an extra emotional and anxiety high babe with a heart pulse faster than speedway.

Now, if you know me then you know I can demolish a tub of ice cream, the entire salted caramel slice, or a brownie in one sitting, but later wonder why I am confused, lost, and ready to run a marathon (after 8 hours). Not optimal…

The focus instead is a snack-size portion, lots of protein, low sugar (even healthy forms), and little to no cacao as this is a stimulant.

Now, I know these brownies say YES to it all cause I invented them! Full of collagen (hello protein), only 2.5g of coconut sugar per slice (thank you carob and apple for the sweetness) and they are super silky making them ultra sexy for a date. YUM!

Allow your emotional body to be nurtured by food, but remember, and always remember to make it sustaining to your long-term happiness and balance in your emotions.
