Turmeric bone broth fish
Super simple, yet looks, and TASTES like your fine dining.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter (ghee or coconut oil okay)
2 large onions, diced (or shallots)
2 garlic cloves, diced (optional)
2 tbsp bone broth glue or powder
1 tbsp fresh turmeric, grated
1 bunch asparagus, stalks cut in half
1 bunch broccolini, cut in half
300g white fish
1 1/2 cups water
Rice to serve
Optional: Parmesan, chives, roast almonds and black sesame seeds to serve.
Instructions:
Sauté onions and garlic in a warm frying pan with your butter until translucent.
Add bone broth glue, turmeric and vegetables, stir this and cook for a further 2 minutes..
Finally, add the fish and water, place a lid on your frying pan and cook for 5-10 minutes. At this stage your fish should be cooked, if not, cook longer.
Serve on your rice with the optional garnishes.
